Cobalt Software Releases the Spa, Fitness Management and Booking System for Private Clubs

Cobalt Software went live with its new spa and fitness system at Boca West Country Club BOCA RATON, FL, August 2020 – Cobalt Software today announced that it has released its Spa and Fitness Management module live at Boca West Country Club (BWCC). The release is the fifth of multiple planned phases of development for the Cobalt Software club management suite. Cobalt Spa and Fitness includes a mobile-native booking engine, along with a comprehensive appointment and class booking system that is fully integrated with the member database. The Cobalt Spa and Fitness module is designed to be an in-suite best-of-breed offering built specifically for private club spas. “In-suite spa modules are typically overlooked by club technology vendors because a relatively small proportion of private clubs have spas on property. We saw the opportunity to go above and beyond what is currently available for private clubs,” said Stephanie Castro, Executive Vice President and COO at Cobalt Software. “The Cobalt Spa module is comparable with the best-in-class third party spa management system that many clubs continue to use, despite being outdated and poorly integrated with the membership and accounting systems.” “Cobalt does everything our old spa management system did, but it’s much easier to use, more modern looking and fully-integrated with our membership system,” said Jessica Cochran, Assistant Director of Spa, Fitness and Aquatics at BWCC. “We did a pilot program with a small number of members for mobile and web appointment booking, and they loved it! We rolled it out to the rest of the club, and it’s been very well received.”
