Cobalt Software Goes Live with Golf Tee Time and Lottery Management, Tennis Management at Boca West Country Club

The release includes modules for golf lottery and tee sheet, golf POS check-in, tennis court reservations, tennis game arranging and lesson booking. 

BOCA RATON, FL, April 2019 – Cobalt Software today announced that it has released its Golf and Tennis modules live at Boca West Country Club (BWCC). These solutions will allow BWCC’s golf and tennis professionals to manage these amenities effectively, providing significant technological advancements above their previous solutions.  

The release is the second of multiple planned phases of development for the Cobalt Software club management suite. Previously, Boca West used a different golf lottery system and a manual process for tennis court management. 

Now, the Cobalt system allows BWCC to keep cohesive data at all touch points in the member’s golf journey. With tablets equipped with specialized screens for the golf shop staff, bag room attendants, the starter, and the marshals and player assistants, each step of the member’s round is tracked in real time.  

The tennis system allows members to submit requests for game arranging as well as reserve tennis courts. In the tennis shop, a large monitor with a specialized screen displays court assignments to the members when they arrive. It is a technologically advanced experience that keeps members informed and improves communication between the staff and members.
